Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the PakTurf mobile app and any related services (“PakTurf”, “we”, “us”), operated from Dream Gardens, Lahore, Pakistan. By creating an account or booking a slot through the app, you agree to these terms.

1. What PakTurf is

PakTurf is a booking marketplace connecting players with indoor sports venues in Lahore, and giving venue owners the tools to manage availability, bookings and earnings. The services offered through the app are:

• Indoor cricket ground booking
• Padel court booking
• Futsal ground booking
• Badminton court booking
• Swimming lane booking
• Real-time slot availability and instant booking confirmation
• Secure online deposit payment — card, JazzCash, Easypaisa or NayaPay, through a single payment gateway
• Venue owner tools — listing management, booking management, and an in-app wallet for payouts

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under it. Players and venue owners use the same app under role-appropriate access.

3. Bookings & payment

A slot is confirmed once a deposit is paid online through our payment gateway. The remaining balance is settled in cash at the venue. Deposit amounts and payout terms are shown before you confirm a booking. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

4. Venue owner obligations

Owners listing a venue on PakTurf must keep availability accurate, honour confirmed bookings, and provide the ground or court described in the listing. PakTurf may suspend a listing that repeatedly fails to honour confirmed bookings.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to circumvent booking or payment flows, submitting false venue or identity information, or interfering with other users' ability to book.

6. Liability

PakTurf facilitates bookings between players and independently operated venues. We are not responsible for the condition of a venue, equipment provided on-site, or injuries occurring during play. Our liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the deposit amount paid for the booking in question.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
