This policy explains what information PakTurf collects when you use the app, and how it's used. PakTurf is operated from Dream Gardens, Lahore, Pakistan.

1. Information we collect

• Account details — name, phone number and email, handled through Supabase Auth when you sign up or sign in
• Booking activity — the venues, sports, slots and dates you book or list
• Payment confirmation — our payment gateway processes card, JazzCash, Easypaisa and NayaPay payments directly; PakTurf never receives or stores your full card or wallet credentials
• Device and approximate location — used to show nearby venues and real-time availability

2. How we use it

• To create and manage your account, and confirm bookings
• To process deposit payments and, for venue owners, wallet payouts
• To show relevant venues, sports and availability near you
• To contact you about a booking, a payment issue, or a change to these policies

3. Sharing

We share the minimum information necessary with our payment gateway to process a deposit, and with a venue owner to fulfil a booking you've made. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Data retention

We retain account and booking data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations (including records of payments and payouts).

5. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the details below. Deleting your account does not remove records we're required to keep for completed payments.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
